A balance of wins and fails
Fabulous views high above the city with a convenient location near the train station! The room I had was well-appointed .
The amenities felt lacking for a five-star experience! Plus, the parking entrance was tricky to find which added unnecessary hassle.

The views from the rooms score high, offering amazing panoramas of the skyline that make you want to keep the curtains open. Conveniently perched above a shopping mall, access to a variety of shops and restaurants is easy, catering to both local and international dining experiences.
Navigating the hotel's entry proved challenging, with confusing signs on multiple levels leading to the reception, which isn't located on the first floor-this could frustrate even the most seasoned travelers. The room cleanliness fell short. Even after switching rooms, lingering odors detracted from the otherwise plush experience you'd expect at this price point. The breakfast setup didn't impress, often feeling crowded with minimal food options, particularly for vegetarians. Despite the really good location, the overall experience felt inconsistent with luxury expectations.

Comfortable stay with a few hiccups
The hotel is conveniently located near a train station. Enjoyed the beautiful city views from my room and the quick luggage service. Found the dining options limited for families. Consider more food choices for a better experience with kids.
